Condition

This work is in good condition overall, taking its age into account. The media layer is stable overall, and the colors are vibrant. The sheet is hinged to the mat along the uppermost reverse edge. Artist pinholes are present in each of the extreme corners of the sheet. Rust-colored discoloration is present along each of the extreme edges of the sheet. A few scattered minor pinpoint spots of foxing are present along the extreme lower right edge of the sheet. Under raking light inspection, a few very faint scattered pinpoint spots of foxing become apparent throughout the sheet. In the upper left quadrant, one inch from the extreme edge of the sheet, a five-inch very fine intermittent line of rust-colored deposits is present. In the upper right quadrant two inches from the corner, a two-inch square area of very faint grey discoloration to the sheet is present. Two faint rust-colored fingerprints are present at the extreme lower right edge of the sheet.
