Condition

This work is unlined. The stretcher is old if not original. The paint layer seems to be slightly dirty, and is probably unvarnished. There are a few loose retouches in the sky - two in the lower left, two in the lower right, and four small dots above the steeple in the center. Unpainted areas around the edges have been retouched in a few spots. The cracking is very slightly raised, particularly in the sky, but the paint layer is stable. The work could be hung as is.
