Condition

The canvas is lined and gently undulating. Examination under UV light reveals areas of retouching to the upper right corner and some scattered spots of retouching in places along all four edges. There are some fine lines of paint shrinkage towards the upper right corner. There are three small paint losses towards the centre of the left edge (each under 1cm) and some faint lines of craquelure along the left edge. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
