Condition

Executed on cream wove paper and not laid down, floating in the mount. The sheet is hinged to the mount on the verso of the upper corners. The edges of the sheet are uneven. There are a few minor tears with some associated creasing to the righthand edge, the largest of which is 1.5cm. and running horizontally at the centre of the right edge. There are some minor handling marks and creases visible around the edges, most noticeably three flattened creases running vertically parallel to the lower right edge. There are some scattered spots of faint foxing in places. There are remnants of a previous mounting visible on the reverse, towards the lower edge, which are faintly visible from the recto. This work is in overall good condition.
