Catalogue Note

This special edition wristwatch was made to celebrate Omega's 25 years as the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games, and was presented in the 1956 games in Melbourne Australia. The enamel dial, made by Z.J. Fluckiger, is marked with the Olympic Cross of Merit. No more than 100 pieces were made, making this particular lot quite rare for collectors.
