Greubel Forsey's Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain offers a visually striking three dimensional view within a traditional circular backdrop, showcasing the firm's undeniably beautiful Tourbillon 24 Secondes mechanism. A transparent, synthetic sapphire tourbillon bridge is highly creative and a defining element which impresses the viewer with the vision of the regulator floating in mid-air.
The movement is made of 366 total parts, with 88 parts for the tourbillon cage alone. The total mass of the mechanism is only 0.38 grams, making this impressively sized timepiece surprisingly weightless.
