CASE Case in excellent condition with some light surface wear. Lower lugs with some extremely faint surface markings and lines. Case back with manufacturer's sticker still applied. Bracelet with some superficial surface scuffs. Folding clasp with some scuffing. DIAL Dial in excellent condition. MOVEMENT Date function operating. The movement is running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Catalogue Note

Accompanied by a Rolex guarantee, instruction manual, 3 extra links, screw driver, sales tag and presentation box. The Rolex Submariner reference 16610LV can be separated into eight distinct series with subtle differences in details of the dial and bezel design. The present lot is an original example of a Mark 1 which features the signature flat 4 on the bezel and was only in production for a very short time. The present lot is further distinguished by its unused condition and the presence of all its original accessories.
