Catalogue Note

Launched in 1944, reference 1593 was in production for 20 years and is known as the ‘hour glass’ due to its concave case. The reference was available in gold and very few examples were cased in platinum with diamond-set numerals. The present platinum watch has a very crisp case and strong platinum mark, representing the rarest version of this reference.
