Catalogue Note

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives. The present lot features a polychrome enamel miniature of three putti resting on clouds and is rendered beautifully, capturing every small detail, down to the bow, wreath and wings of the three small putti.

The work is most probably a study of a painting by François Boucher (French, 1703–1770). The enamel has been preserved in exceptional condition, considering its age and is free of any restorations. The dial itself is free of any hairlines or imperfections at all and is further enhanced with painted Breguet numerals.
