The movement is running. The MK2 dial is in extremely well preserved condition with very clear and with nice bright crisp graphics. The luminous plots have turned a very warm yellow and the hands are a slightly richer tone. The bezel insert with only very light wear and the bezel itself with only very faint and light surface wear. The case itself is in very crisp and attractive condition with only very light polishing and retains its original beveled edges. The case back with very crisp engravings, the inside of the case back with minor watchmaker engravings, is stamped 1.72 and with the number 161 engraved to the inside of the center. This three digit number would usually indicate the last three digits of the case number, which in this case do not match however, it is very common during the assembly process at the factory that these numbers did not always match. The numbers between the lugs are very crisp and easy to read. The bracelet is very attract overall. A very crisp and original example in very attractive and good condition.

The present double red Seadweller is a highly charismatic example and is fitted with a MK II dial. The luminous dots and hands have aged to a beautiful ivory tone. The case is very crisp and the inside of the case back is stamped 1.72
