• cal. 1866 manual winding movement, 18 jewels • silvered dial, applied baton and luminous dot indexes, 4 engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 30- minute, 12 hour-registers and date combined with moon-phases • 18k white gold case, black bezel calibrated for 500 units, two round chronograph pushers to the band, screw-down case back inscribed with "THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON" • case, dial, and movement signed • with an 18k white gold Omega folding clasp

Condition

The movement and all chronograph functions are in working condition at the time of cataloguing, the calendar functions are working properly. The bezel with minor dent marks toward the edges, particularly at 1 o'clock. The band with minor surface wear at 9 o'clock and the lugs, tiny dent marks can also be spotted on the bottom 2 lugs. Underneath all 4 lugs with minor surface scratches from removing the strap. The case back with signs of wear throughout, but only visible with a strong loupe. Otherwise the watch is in good overall condition for its age. The folding clasp with signs of wear toward the buckle. * Please note that the movement has not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's expense.
