Condition

Movement running at the time of cataloguing and other functions advancing. The dial and hands in excellent condition. The case with light surface scratching throughout and some slightly deeper scratches tho the band. The hallmarks to the band are slightly worn. The watch has not been tested to determine the accuracy of its timekeeping. Catalogue Note

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and Extract from the Archives. The linear calendar of the watch was a particularity for the US market and its case was made by Gerlach. The reference 844 was first introduced in 1965 and available until the early 2000's upon special request only. With an estimated overall production of around 80 pieces for the entire reference, this is truly a rare and collectible watch.
