Document accomplished in two clerical hands, signed by Franklin ("B. Franklin"), oblong vellum (30 3/4 x 7 in.; 781 x 179 mm), with Franklin's wax seal and the those of James and Sarah Logan, docketed 2 July 1752 on verso.

Natural flaws in the vellum, vertical and horizontal folds, portion of the manuscript faint.
