with long Hebrew inscription, stating a gift with affection to a doctor for his services 1858, partly lobed, partly glit, scroll handle, rose-gilt interior, gilt die-rolled rim

The inscription reads: "Praise and thanks for the Doctor of All, given on account of all of His deeds for sending health and healing through the benevolent and kind hearted Doctor Keilman for he has toiled and labored on behalf of his brethren living here in Belarus.
