Condition

Overall very good, age appropriate condition. The silver plated surfaces with minor fine scratches throughout consistent with age and gentle use. The lower register of the globular body, near the base, with a hairline scratch measuring 1 ¾ in. Light areas of polish residue to recessed areas of the design, consistent with age and gentle use. A subtle bend inwards to vertically oriented handle (visible in catalogue illustration). When viewed from behind, the vertical element of the handle is angled slightly to the left. The wood element is likely original and with no visible condition issues. An iconic Modernist design by Paul Lobel that present well overall.
