Condition

Overall very good condition. The bowl and frog present with intensely saturated and luminous cobalt blue coloration. The glass surfaces with some scattered minute and fine surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling, with some more concentrated scratches to the underside of the bowl, and with some minor surface irregularities inherent in the making and not visually detractive. The interior of the bowl appears to have been sprayed at some point and the interior surface presents with two small areas of minor loss and lifting to the sprayed application on two of the leaves, one measuring approximately 1/2 x 1 inch, the other 1/8 x 1/8 inch. The bowl column into which the frog is installed presents with some minute fleabites around the aperture, consistent with age and gentle handling. The interior of the column with some remnants of clear tape. The frog is in very good condition with all flower loops intact. A beautiful decorated glass example with radiant coloration.
