The frescos was not removed from the frame for inspection. There are some expected losses to the gesso reliefs and occasional minor losses and faint cracks to the surface. There are a few small nail holes along the edges, some of which are visible in the catalogue illustration. Overall with some expected surface wear and fading to the pigments.
