Description

  • 11.2 cm, 4 3/8  in.
of compressed melon shape with lobed sides, the cover intricately detailed with leafy tendrils of melon vines, the box and cover cast with a short gnarled stem at the end

Condition

The box is in fairly good condition, wth some expected scratches and minor dents on the surface, in particular edges of the cover and box, as well as the base of the box. There are further casting flaws to the right side of the blossom end of both the box and cover.
