  • 5.4 cm, 2 1/8  in.
of lobed septagonal form, the central well carved with a lotus pod inlaid with a hardstone bead, the smoothly polished stone of an even pale celadon tone, with a small silver-gilt spoon

Condition

This tray is in good condition. There are expected minute nicks to the extremities. There are very minor scratches and rubbing to the gilding, and natural inclusions to the stone. The inlay is possibly of a later date. The actual colour of the stone of slight more celadon tone than the catalogue illustration.
