the cover and everted rim carved with a dense design of stylised lotus, with a band of key-fret to the rim above a band of diaper to the lower section, the interior and base lacquered black
Condition
The box and cover are in good condition with the exception of re-freshing to the inner rim and foot of the box and to the inner flange and rim of the cover, refreshing to the red lacquer on the underside of the rim of the box and possible re-freshing of the black lacquer on the interior of the cover.
