the black and red grain-painted ground with yellow pin striping on seat and turnings; inscribed J.M.O.D. to the underside of the seat.

Condition

Wear and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use. There is a 10-inch long crack to the proper left side of the seat with an associated metal bracket added to the underside in order to secure the arm support. Other splits visible to the seat, none that cause concern for the structural integrity.
