Condition

Overall fine condition. Retains an early surface in areas, but the tops have been refinished. Each upper board of the top is slightly warped. Each with an iron strap beneath each leg joined to the plinth base. Table A- There is a vertical crack to the base of the lyre support and the proper front left leg is slightly loose with associated 1/2 inch by 2-inch vertical loss to the veneer. Cracks to the veneer along the frieze and panels on the lower plinth base. Two 1 by 2-inch triangular patches to the veneer on the frieze. Table B- Both proper right legs are cracked and reglued. Cracks to the veneer along the frieze and plinth base. Three patches to the proper right side of the frieze (largest is 1.5 by 3 inch). 1/2 by 1/2-inch veneer loss to the back corner of the plinth base. The lower half of the top is cracked and reglued along the back edge extending about 1 to 2 inches into the board. Secondary wood: white pine
