Possibly Leeds, the domed and reticulated base surmounted with groups of four shells and a tulip at the top.

Condition

There are occasional and very small chips or restored chips to the edges and very few short occasional haircracks. There is additionally some small flakings to the glaze in the interior of the shell-form wares on the second and bottom tiers. One petal of the tulip at the top has been restored.
