Comprising: a Staffordshire footed tazza moulded with basketwork and foliate scrolls; a Staffordshire plate moulded on the border with meandering leaves and melons; twelve Wedgwood dessert plates and a footed dish, decorated in relief with a large leaf; two Enoch Wood oval dishes; five dessert plates moulded with overlapping leaves, eight plates moulded with grapes and leaves design and four plates moulded with a large leafy floral arrangement, the Wedgwood pieces impressed WEDGWOOD, some further impressed ETRURIA ENGLAND, the Wood pottery dishes indistinctly impressed WOOD. 34 pieces.
Condition
In good condition, except:
There is some overall very minor and occasional scratches or wear to the glaze, consistent with use. Staffordshire plate moulded on the border with melons: There is some minor and occasional chipping along the edges and there is an approximate 6 by 1 inch area where the glaze has cracked, some of which is touched up. One Enoch dish has an approximate 1-inch haircrack, visible from the back of the plate. One plate has an approximate 1/2-inch flat chip to the underside of the rim and another plate has a 1/4-inch rim chip. One has an approximate 2 inch haircrack running down the rim and abrasions to the glaze along the rim edges. Another plate has an approximate 3/4 inch shallow chip to the rim.
