Probably Leeds, ainted with a gentleman fishing by a riverbank in a rural landscape, affixed with a loop handle.

Condition
There is an approximate 3 1/2-inch long forking haricrack running across the base and upwards for approximately 1 inch on the side. There is a small restored flat chip to the edge of base and some very minor and occasional flaking to the green enamels. There is a short haircrack to the interior of the rim edge.
