- diameters 8 3/4 in. and 8 7/8 in.; 22.2 cm and 22.5 cm
one painted with the arms of Chester, the rim decorated in an Imari palette, the other painted with the arms of Lutwyche with Bagnall in pretence.
Condition
The one with the arms of Chester with a hairline appox. 2.5 in. extending from the rim, and slight rubbing to the arms. The one with the arms of Lutwyche completely oversprayed, with numerous circular spots, possibly old staple holes, visible at the rim when inspected with a flashlight between 4 and 6 o'clock, however it is impossible to see the extent of the original damage.
