  • height 6 1/4  in.; 16 cm
each of slightly tapered form with a splayed base, decorated in an Imari palette with peonies and chrysanthemums beneath a trellis border, the handle painted with a flower spray in underglaze blue and iron-red.

Condition

Left hand tankard (smallest): Handle restored back on, restoration around the edge of the base, restored rim chip and rim likely polished. Middle tankard: handle broken into 3 sections and restored, and a frit to the edge of the handle. Right hand tankard: restored frits/ chips to the edge of handle and edge of base.
