Description

  • marked on bases and stamped Union Square, the tureen numbered 1903-6101, the sauce boats 1905-6104, with French swan import mark on the rims

  • length of soup tureen over handles 16 3/4 in.; length of sauceboats 9 3/4 in.
  • 42.5 cm; 24.8 cm
all on square feet headed by acanthus, the sides chased with geometric bands enclosing bright-cut scrolling foliage and centered by two roundels engraved ETW and FROM RH, with acanthus-capped matted handles and finial
