- length 4 1/2 in.
- 11.5 cm
with oval lenses and sliding temples, marked on one E.NEWBURY in slightly serrated punch. Together with a silver oval spectacle case, the cover engraved with scrolling foliage, mid-19th century, apparently unmarked. 2 pieces.
Condition
glass with some minor chips to edges, nosepiece is dented so the spectacles are uneven; the case with dings throughout and traces of engraving within cartouche; overall good condition
