Depicted wearing a grey topcoat, a tricorn hat under his arm, a document in his other hand, standing on a circular encrusted rocky base on a plinth inscribed in gilding General Washington.

Condition

There is an approximate 1-inch haircrack running upwards from his right sleeve to his elbow. There is another 1 1/2-inch haircrack running across the stump base on the back. There are some minor and occasional flaking to the enamels on the blue enamel on the lower part of his coat and on the black on his shoes. The flakings of the black enamel on his hat has been touched up in places. There is additionally a glaze abrasion to chin.
