- 33 in. by 60 in.
Painted in 1828; the portrait depicts the Pratt family of Essex, Connecticut: father, Julius Pratt (1791-1869), his wife, Lydia DeWolf Pratt (1796-1862), their daughter, Harriet Melinda Pratt (1818-1850), their son, Julius Howard Pratt (1821-1909) and their son William A. Pratt (b. 1845). William was later added, likely by the obscure Connecticut artist George C. Baldwin (abt. 1818-1879). (2 pieces).
