fashioned like a small blanket chest, the rectangular hinged lid above a dove-tailed box raised on bracket feet; top  and sides painted with shells, berries and leafage; the sides with star pinwheels; all on a black painted ground.

Condition

Hinges broken out and back panel cracked; scratches and abrasions.
