Condition

Overall in very good condition. When viewed in person, the wooden surfaces contain a much wider and more saturated tonal range from deep chocolate browns, burnt sienna, caramel and blond hues. The surfaces present with minor fine scuffs, scratches and hairline cracks concentrated to the burr inlaid marquetry, is stable and not visually disruptive. The joins throughout with very minor seam separation consistent with age. A highly detailed and naturalistic example in very good condition, displaying all of the hallmarks of the designer.
