Description

  • 38.5cm., 15 1/8 in. high
the trumpet-shaped base, body and detachable cover decorated with chased and matted acanthus foliage, the body also applied laurel festoons and a vacant circular cartouche on either side, rams' head and double snake handles

Condition

Good clear marks to underside of body and rim of cover. The cartouches possibly both erased. Good gauge. The gilding with light wear. The cover does not sit completely flush but good overall.
