Catalogue Note

Regarded as the ultimate evolution of the vintage Daytona series, the References 6265 and 6263 are the models most cherished by collectors today.
Produced between the early 1970’s to 1987, they gather some of the most attractive features, such as a movement based on the Valjoux 72, screw-down chronograph pushers and elegant proportions. This particular lot, "fresh to the market" and consigned directly by the family of the original owner, will please the enthusiast thanks to its most attractive combination of steel bezel and "Big red" black dial giving it a sporty and masculine look.

It is rare to find a piece from that period still featuring its original bezel and its early twinlock crown.

This attractive piece is both a perfect addition to an existing collection and a wonderful watch to wear.
