Condition

This work is in original unlined condition. The surface is visibly dirty and there are pinpoint dots of discoloration scattered throughout the figure, foreground, and mirror and along the upper edge. There is a small area of craquelure with associated minor lifting to the left of the figure's proper right knee. Frame abrasion is visible along the upper edge. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green. There is one dot of retouching at lower right on the frame of the mirror and some pinpoint dots of retouching along the upper edge.
