Condition
This work is in original unlined condition; it is slightly loose on its stretcher. The work is bright and the areas of impasto remain fresh. There are faint horizontal stretcher bar marks visible near the upper and lower edges and across the figure's torso; and frame abrasion with some very minor associated losses along the upper and left upper edges. Under UV: inpainting to address frame abrasion along the edges. There is broad, brushy fluorescence throughout and surrounding the figure, including her face, and also in some areas of the background.
