Watercolor and gouache on paper adhered to a backing board. The colors remain vibrant and fresh. There are minor abrasions at the extreme edges and two faint diagonal lines of discoloration extending through the red rug over the central figure's proper left shoulder. There is a faint horizontal scuff underneath the table at left.
