Condition

Oil on stable panel. The surface is in good condition overall, aside from minor surface dirt including small spots of discoloration above the signature, in the lower left corner, and on the uppermost pink rose; barely perceptible craquelure on the two foremost flowers; frame abrasion along the upper edge; and a minor scratch in the lower left corner. Under UV: the pigments remain active and fluoresce; there is an area of retouching to the right of the purple rose; and very minor retouching at the extreme edges to address frame abrasion.
