This work is in original unlined condition. There are 8 patches adhered to the reverse. The surface is bright and fresh and the colors remain vibrant. There are two pinholes at the left upper edge; two minor abrasions with associated loss in the lower left corner; a small accretion at lower right on the blue dress; and a minor dent at left center edge. Under UV: there are brushy areas of inpainting that mostly correspond with the aforementioned patches. There are additional finely applied retouches scattered in the lower part of the composition and on the figures.
