Condition
Lined. There is minor surface dirt and dust. Under UV: the work has been selectively cleaned and the old varnish fluoresces green unevenly. There is strengthening to the contours of the chair, the proper left side of the figures face, and in the outlines of the semi circular wall pattern along the upper edge; there are also a few finely applied dashes of retouching to the crumpled note in the fireplace and in the figure's hair; and one small retouch at the right upper edge.
