The panel is uncradled, stable, and with a faint vertical bow. A beautiful landscape reads well with some impasto preserved, especially on the figures and trees. Craquelure is more visible on the center of the background on the clouds. Inspection under UV shows very few small spots of retouches scattered on the background sky. A thin line on the tree at center left fluoresces differently. Painting could hang in its present state and is offered in an ebonized frame with a gold liner.
