The gold bracelet designed as a series of discs spelling out the Latin phrase 'non relinques'/'you shall not leave me’ on one side, 'non relinquam'/'I shall not leave you' on the reverse, gross weight approximately 15 dwts, length 7 inches, with maker's mark for Castellani; circa 1855.

Condition

In good condition, with wear and tarnish throughout, commensurate with age. Metal tests as 18 karat gold. One disc signed on both sides with interlaced C's for Castellani. Comfortable when worn, not heavy on the wrist, gross weight approximately 15 dwts. Fitted with a safety chain.
