Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 4.22 carats, between pear-shaped diamond shoulders, size M, maker's marks, European convention marks and British hallmarks.

Condition

Accompanied by GCS report no. 79186-12, stating that the sapphire weighing 4.21 carats is of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heat treatment. Stamped with British hallmarks for platinum and date letter for 1999. European convention marks for platinum. Maker's mark A for Asprey. Sapphire mid/dark blue, transparent, some typical inclusions visible under magnification, light surface scratches and rubbed facet edges. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.80-1.20 carats. Surface scratches to metal surfaces. Overall in good condition. Gross weight approximately 5.8 grams.
