Description
Set with a rectangular step-cut aquamarine weighing approximately 30.51 carats, within a ropework mount, size O, indistinct French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Shank stamped with indistinct French assay and maker's marks. Aquamarine light blue, transparent, with typical very minor inclusions visible under magnification, measuring approximately 21.2 x 17.4 x 12.3mm, calculated to weigh approximately 30.51 carats. Light discolouration to metal on shank, some minor casting flaws to interior. Light scratches to surfaces consistent with wear. Gross weight approximately 27 grams. Overall in good condition.
