Description

Set with a step-cut emerald weighing 9.19 carats, to a mount of undulating design set with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, size M, French import assay mark, ring detachable.

Condition

Accompanied by GIA report no. 2171107650, stating that the emerald weighing 9.19 carats and measuring 14.16 x 10.82 x 8.25mm is of Colombian origin, with evidence of moderate clarity enhancement. Ring shank stamped 18K and with French import assay mark for 18 carat gold. Emerald measuring approximately 14.1 x 10.8 x 8.2 mm, stated to weigh 9.19 carats. Emerald mid-green, transparent, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching, some very minor chips to surfaces. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total carat weight approximately 1.30 - 1.80 carats. Mount unscrews from ring, mount with fittings suggesting it is convertible. Light scratches to metal and emerald surfaces consistent with wear, gross weight approximately 19.7 grams. Overall in good condition.
