Description

Of strap design, set with circular-cut and rose diamonds and calibré-cut emeralds, the centre millegrain-set with a circular-cut diamond weighing approximately 3.10 carats, the sides with a chased design of laurel leaves, length approximately 180mm, extra link, Austrian import assay marks, some emeralds replaced with paste simulants.   

Condition

Accompanied by an appraisal document, DeGEB no. 15136. Austrian import assay marks for platinum, Vienna. Central diamond measuring approximately 10.1 x 10.1 x 5.4mm, calculated to weigh approximately 3.10 carats, estimated to be J/K colour, SI2 - I1 clarity, as graded and measured within the limitations of the mount. Remaining diamonds bright and lively, estimated remaining total diamond weight approximately 8.50 - 9.50 carats, estimated colour I-K, mixed clarity grades, some I clarity. Emeralds mid-green, transparent, with typical inclusions visible under magnification, some surface-reaching, some with areas of chipping and wear to facet edges. Approximately six emeralds have been replaced with paste simulants. Area of solder repair and reinforcement visible to diamond settings on one link. Width at widest point approximately 16mm, total gross weight approximately 33.3 grams. Links well-articulated, bracelet very slightly distorted but overall with good alignment, clasp secure. Overall condition consistent with with wear. Length extending from 180mm to approximately 200mm via later extra link.
