Ruby with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, several at corner of cabochon surface reaching. Sapphires with wear to facet edges, one sapphire at bottom of mount chipped. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold to edge of shank. Scratches to metal, overall condition consistent with wear, gross weight approximately 12 grams.
