Designed as a life belt, composed of polished white chalcedony highlighted with rope motif and a heart-shaped coral cabochon, signed Cartier, numbered, maker's mark, case stamped Cartier. 

Condition

Accompanied by an advertisement dated 1952.Signed Cartier, numbered 13652. Maker's mark for Cartier. Inscribed France. Stamped 18KTS for 18 carat gold. White chalcedony with some minor scratches. Coral with growth marks and banding. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with use. In very good condition. Case stamped Cartier.
