Condition

Good overall condition. The glaze is crackled throughout (as intended by the artist) and presents with a very slightly deep craquelure (coming from the rim - vertical on approx 8cm). The translucent glaze presents with a tiny chip along the rim, barely visible when the lid is on. The ebony of the kid is slightly dry and discolored overall. The ivory presents with a few craquelures, consistent with the aging of the material, including one visible in the catalogue illustration. Dirt in the recessed areas of the ivory.
